The WI Parliament of Owls

A wonderful growing gallery of owls created by members of Meanwood WI and Oakwood WI for the Leeds 400 project 🦉✨

Celebrating 400 years since King Charles I signed the charter for the city of Leeds, these beautiful handmade owls will eventually become part of a collaborative wall hanging at the Art Library.

Each owl is unique, full of creativity, character, and community spirit.

If you’d like an owl template, just let me know! There will also be another opportunity to make owls together at the next Meanwood WI craft meeting on June 4th. Completed owls have to be handed in at Leeds Art Library by the end of June.
